Terms, in plain language

The full legal terms are being prepared with counsel and will be published here before launch. What they will say, without the latin:

• Coaching, not medical advice. a9fit is a wellness coach — 16+ (18+ for Peers), and never a substitute for your doctor. When something looks like an emergency, the app says "call 911", not "consult a professional".
• Billing you'd call fair. Cancel in two taps, no countdown timers, no interest-bearing anything, refund ethics published alongside the prices.
• Ambassador and referral terms live in the ambassador agreement — a real document, with a signature block, that we send you in full before you sign anything. It states one rate: 30% of every payment a member you referred makes, for as long as they keep paying. The ambassadors page describes the program; the agreement is what binds it.
• No dark patterns — on this site or in the app. If a screen ever feels like it's tricking you, that's a bug; tell us.
