Help, when you need it.
Two ways in. Ask your coach in the app for anything about your plan, your food, your training, or the week you actually had — that is what it is for. Write to us for the rest: billing, your account, or something that looks broken.
One address, and a person reads it. If you have an account, write from the address on it — that is the fastest way for us to find you.
The things people write about
- Cancelling, or changing your plan
- In the app, under Credits & Billing: Manage plan. Two taps, no retention screen, and nothing to email us about. The month you have already paid for runs to its last day — cancelling takes nothing away early — and nothing renews after it.
- A charge that looks wrong
- Write to us with the date and the amount. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
- Getting your data out, or deleting it
- Both are in the app, in the Privacy Center, and neither needs us. Export everything hands you one file with every row a9fit holds on you. Delete everything erases the account for good — the thread, your plan, the log, every connection, the billing record, and the photos kept with it. There is no soft version, and it cannot be brought back.
- A reply that was wrong
- Tell the coach first. It is a conversation, and correcting it there is how the plan adapts. If a reply was plainly wrong or unsafe, send it to us with what you had typed — that is a bug, and we want it.
- A connection that stopped working
- Google Calendar and WhatsApp live under Connections in the app. Disconnect and reconnect there first; it fixes most of it. If it still will not take, write to us and say which one.
- Getting back into your account
- a9fit signs you in with Apple or Google, so there is no password to lose. If your account will not come back, write to us from the address you signed up with and say which one you used.
- Privacy and your data
- What a9fit collects, who it reaches, and how long it is kept are all on the privacy page. Questions it does not answer come to the same address.
a9fit is coaching, not medical advice, and this inbox is not monitored for emergencies. If something feels wrong in your body, stop and call 911 — or your local emergency number. The app says the same thing, full screen and unskippable, the moment you tell it about chest pain during a workout.
a9fit is in community beta. If you are on the waitlist rather than in the app, the same address works for anything on this site.
